We had a small fire at our home and I had a friend recommend PDQ to come out. They were prompt and sent someone named Mike out immediately. When he arrived he was not only sympathetic to our situation, he was extremely knowledgeable on how the whole process of remediation will take place. Pdq's team came in and made us whole again. I hope we never need them for anything again but a rest better knowing if we do we found a company we can trust and count on.

I had a hot water heater break in my basement, and water went everywhere. It completely soaked the carpet. I called PDQ, and they showed up fast. Leo, the project manager, was fantastic the entire time. He explained everything clearly, checked in often, and made a stressful situation feel a lot more manageable. You can tell he really cares about doing things the right way. The team packed up all my belongings, kept everything organized, and brought it all back once the repairs were finished. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m really grateful for the help. PDQ and especially Leo. He made a tough situation so much easier. Five stars all the way.

We hired PDQ after our home was damaged from a broken pipe on the 3rd floor. PDQ worked directly with our insurance company. The office staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had about every aspect of the project. I had such a terrific experience with PDQ - they were professional, thorough, clean and always pleasant. I had a terrible flood which ruined my kitchen/basement and the team PDQ showed empathy and patience explaining every step of the process. They literally rolled out a “blue “carpet every time they were in other parts of the house in order to keep it clean - every time they came they placed this carpet down and took it off at the end of the shift so dust doesn’t travel to other parts of the house. If you ever have a disaster (I hope you don’t) DEFINITELY USE PDQ to get your house back in order.
